We are a family-run business with deep roots in property and finance. Founded by cousins David Rogers and James Edwards in early 2020, Daizun brings over 25 years of combined industry experience in property development and finance. Yet, our roots go even deeper. David and James’s grandfather, Dennis Gladwell, was the Managing Director of Midland Bank (now HSBC) and played the leading role in creating the Bankers’ Automated Clearance System (BACS). This system has processed over £5 trillion worth of transactions worldwide.

David has over 25 years of combined experience in property and finance, successfully founding, building and scaling large fintech businesses and exiting at their peak, alongside his prior decades in property development.

James has 20 years of financial experience running businesses across the hedge fund market maker Citadel Securities, global investment bank JPMorgan and data provider Bloomberg.

A Chartered Tax Advisor and Manager of Private Clients at PwC for 8 years, Ndiwe brings an expertise to the firm within accountancy, risk and strategy. Directly involved in the risk assessment after origination.
