We’ll ask the right questions, sense-check your funding  needs, and give you a straight answer , often on the same day Just an honest  conversation with decision-makers who understand the market and want to move fast, just like you. 

Quick Assessment

We conduct a swift yet thorough review of your application, focusing on what matters most.

As soon as we receive your details, our team carries out a swift internal credit assessment, reviewing the borrower profile, asset, and proposed exit strategy. As a self-funded lender and experienced in property ourselves, we’re able to move quickly to issue indicative terms within 24-48 hours. This way, you have the clarity you need to move forward with confidence. 

Valuation

We instruct a professional valuation as soon as terms are agreed.

Once indicative terms are accepted, we move straight into valuation. We work with a trusted panel of professionals to assess the security property and ensure the report is returned promptly. Our valuation partners understand our process and your need for speed . This helps us maintain fast turnaround times so that we can keep your deal on track without delays. 

Legal Process

Our legal team works closely with yours to finalise the paperwork without delays.

We coordinate directly with the borrower’s solicitors to complete all documentation efficiently. Our legal partners are experienced, responsive, and understand the importance of speed and clarity, so every stage is handled with precision and minimal fuss. By keeping communication clear and a proactive approach, we make sure the legal process is smooth. 

Funds Deployed

Once the legals and valuation are complete, the funds move fast. 

With everything signed off, we deploy funds without delay, often within hours. Because we’re self-funded and streamlined, there’s no waiting around for third-party approvals. We’re a family-run business , led by cousins David and James, who grew up around property, finance, and the value of doing things properly. When we started Daizun, we  brought more than just decades of industry experience, we brought a shared mindset.
